Hi everyone!

This is the very first writing prompt of the week. And it’s on April Fool’s Day! So naturally, the inspiration is dark and moody and epic. Why is the character there? Who are they? What are they doing and where are they going?

I hope this picture inspires in your mind characters, place, setting, purpose, plot, all manner of creative ideas. Whether you choose to share your piece, keep it to yourself, or even if you just jot some rough ideas for a story down, it’s all a step closer towards becoming an accomplished writer.
